Exchange & Returns
Our customers may exchange or return their purchases within 1–14 days from the delivery date of order under the following terms and conditions:
- The goods to be replaced or returned are in good condition and can be displayed in its cover and cards as well as attached to the original purchase receipt.
- The goods to be replaced or returned are not matching the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase.
- Cosmetics and perfume must be returned without opening and/or using the product while maintaining no damage to the outer packaging.
- Oud, incense and its derivatives are neither returnable nor replaced.
- The process takes from 3–5 working days starting from the date the issue was received.
سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
يحق لعملائنا استبدال أو إرجاع مشترياتهم خلال فترة من 1 إلى 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب، وفقًا للشروط والأحكام التالية:
- أن تكون البضاعة المراد استبدالها أو إرجاعها بحالة جيدة وقابلة للعرض في غلافها الأصلي وبطاقاتها، ومرفقة بفاتورة الشراء الأصلية.
- أن تكون البضاعة المراد استبدالها أو إرجاعها غير مطابقة للمنتج المطلوب و/أو تحتوي على عيوب و/أو عيوب غير ظاهرة وقت الشراء.
- يجب أن تكون مستحضرات التجميل والعطور غير مفتوحة و/أو غير مستخدمة، مع الحفاظ على سلامة التغليف الخارجي.
- العود والبخور ومشتقاتهما غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال.
- تستغرق عملية الإرجاع أو الاستبدال من 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل تبدأ من تاريخ استلام الطلب المتعلق بالمشكلة.
